2019
Donaldo Tevez, a Salvadoran entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience, leads a software development agency focused on technology solutions. This initiative was created with the goal of establishing strategic partnerships and entering the U.S. market, generating new business opportunities.
2020
In 2020, J&D Outstanding Technologies LLC was founded in Grand Prairie, Texas. Its name comes from the initials of the founder’s children, reflecting the inspiration and vision that gave rise to the company.
2021
The company directs its strategy toward specialization in Sitecore. During this period, J&D Outstanding Technologies LLC provides specialized services to companies in the United States, strengthening its positioning and expertise in highly demanding projects.
2022
After consolidating its experience in the United States, JDK Outstanding Technologies S.A. de C.V. was established in El Salvador in 2022. With this new stage, the letter “K” was added to the company’s name, representing Kiara, daughter of the founder Donaldo Tevez, further strengthening the company’s meaning and corporate identity.
2023
The company strengthens its specialization in Sitecore, establishing itself as a leader in this technology and positioning itself as the only company specializing in Sitecore in El Salvador. In addition, it expands its staff augmentation services in the United States, driving technical growth and strengthening its team.
2024
In 2024, the company began developing its own digital products. In response to the growth of electronic invoicing in El Salvador, JDK Business Hub was launched—an ERP system with integrated electronic invoicing, designed to drive digital transformation and optimize business management.
2025
In 2025, JDK Business Hub was launched, establishing itself as one of the most robust electronic invoicing systems in El Salvador. That same year, development began on JDK Envíos Hub, a platform focused on logistics management and package tracking with integrated electronic invoicing for courier and delivery companies.
2026
In 2026, the company renewed its corporate identity and adopted the name JDK Tech, reflecting a more modern brand aligned with its growth. This transformation strengthens its positioning as a technology company focused on digital products and regional expansion.
